基于主成分分析法的煤层气井压裂造缝效果评价

摘要: 目前煤层气井压裂造缝效果评价尚未形成一套完整、成熟的评价体系及行业标准,因此针对煤储层以及煤气井水力压裂特殊性,有必要对水力压裂造缝效果展开研究评价。文章从影响压裂造缝效果的天然因素与技术因素出发,初步选定以煤岩坚固性系数-F系数、埋藏深度(H)、天然裂隙条数(N)、长度(l)、宽度(w)、压裂的泵量(Q)、压裂压力(P)、压裂时间(T)及压裂液粘度(AV)10个指标进行分析,并基于100个样本数据,应用主成分分析,在10个评价指标中提取可解释68%的信息量的3个主成分,分别为煤储层力学因素、天然裂隙因素、水力压裂技术因素,最后依据主成分得分加权求和以科学预测煤储层压裂效果最佳时各项指标取值,为今后煤层气开发利用技术提供客观可靠的依据。

Abstract: Fracture-forming effect evaluation in CBM well has not formed a complete and mature evaluation system and industry standards currently. It is necessary to study the effect of hydraulic fracturing on the specificity of coal reservoirs and technologies. This paper has analyzed the geological and technological factors effected the fracture-making, and some index has been preliminarily selected, they were the strength coefficient of the coal rock, buried depth, number of natural fissure, length of fracture, fracturing pump, pressure, time and fluid viscosity. The principal component analysis method was applied to pick up three principal components from the multi-indexes and the three principal component property factor of the coal reservoirs mechanism, the natural fracture and hydraulic fracturing technology factor which could instead the 68 percent of total index information. Finally, according to the weight sum of the principal component score, the value range of each index under the best effect of fracture-making could be scientifically predicted, and objective and reliable basis for CBM development and utilization in the future can be provided.
